Return & Exchange Policy

  • We offer a 3-day return policy. You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange.
  • To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as received – unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt/order confirmation) is required.
  • Customers must provide an unboxing video as proof to process the return.

How to Request a Return/Exchange

  • Contact us via WhatsApp at +91 9310275802 with your order number and reason for return/exchange, or email us at trendifirecustomer@gmail.com.
  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Once approved, we will arrange pickup of the product. After inspection and approval, we will either dispatch the exchange order or issue store credits, as per your preference.
  • In case the requested color is out of stock, we may dispatch an alternative color depending on availability. Product quality remains uncompromised.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only in cases of product unavailability or fulfillment errors (e.g., wrong or missing items).
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7 business days of initiation.
  • Service charges (if any) will be deducted in refund cases.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We will evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before shipment from our warehouse.
  • If an order has already shipped, cancellation will be coordinated with our logistics partner (this may take 24 hours, and delivery attempts might still occur).
  • Once delivered, only our return policy will apply.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion due to limited stock, inaccuracies, or pricing errors.

Legal & Dispute Resolution

  • All disputes are subject to Ghaziabad jurisdiction.
  • Goods once sold will only be accepted for return or exchange in line with Trendifire policies.
  • The company will not bear any charges for legal notices and will not entertain such claims for order-related issues.

Miscellaneous

  • All customer claims and requests for return, exchange, or refund are subject to Trendifire’s approval.
  • Trendifire reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review it periodically.
